Bagi Server administrator yang mempunyai masalah seperti dia atas, bila configure email alert melalui Dell server IDRAC 7/Idrac 8, boleh mencuba konfigurasi seperti di bawah Sila ke permukaan iDRAC web, pilih Overview > iDRAC Settings > Network Tukarkan setting di dalam Common Settings.  Pastikan 2 option ini mempunyai maklumat: DNS DRAC Name            : Idrac-Servcie Tag Static DNS Domain Name: Static DNS Domain Name Setting lain yang perlu di lihat: Server->Alerts->Alerts page, can you check whether Alerts is in "Enabled" state?
